According to Lutsenko, if changes in weight occur too fast, the body and brain do not have time to develop new habits.

“And a return to the previous lifestyle takes place in a matter of days and weeks. Often on diets, people lose water and muscle mass, and this loss is a foothold for themselves in the long run,” the expert emphasized.
Lutsenko recommended that they shift attention from weight to daily small actions.
“Do not be afraid of delicious food, but to make the basis of the diet. Desserts and goodies to perceive as food for the soul. Do not confuse. Treat training, as to“ brush your teeth ”: it is better than 10 minutes every day than two hours of once a week. The best friend, sleep, lack of tension in the neck muscles and reflection in the mirror,” she recalled.
