In Krasnoyarsk, the man refused to voluntarily pay off the credit institution and ended up in a temporary detention center. This was told in the GUFSP of Russia in the region.
In relation to the 53-year-old Krasnoyarsk, enforcement proceedings were initiated, but the man was in no hurry to pay the debt and ignored the bailiff. The case moved out of the dead point when the debtor was arrested on the “Mazda” of the debtor. The car was handed over to the responsible storage to the representative of the claimant.
At the same time, the bailiff found out that the Krasnoyarsk owed not only a credit institution. The man had 18 unpaid fines for violation of traffic rules in the amount of 36 thousand rubles. An administrative protocol was drawn up for it and sent to a temporary detention center for 8 days.
The bailiffs once again emphasize the seriousness of the consequences of evasion of debt repayment and call on a voluntary basis to pay debts.
