The senior state inspector of the Krasnoyarsk customs was fired in connection with the loss of confidence. This was reported in the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office.
Law enforcement officers conducted an audit and found out that the customs inspector grossly violated the ban established by the Federal Law “On Combating Corruption”. During the service, he was actively engaged in entrepreneurial activity.
In attempts to avoid responsibility for the offender. Without waiting for the end of the official audit, he quit the customs authority of his own free will. However, the transport prosecutor appealed to the court with a request to change its basis for dismissal.
The Soviet District Court of Krasnoyarsk granted the requirements of the transport prosecutor in full.
