35,000,000 euros, integration with an Aqua Park, arrears to utilities and payments! When will “jewelry” be ready

In the noian works aimed at sports objectives on Romania, Suceava is on the list of cities with a construction in a very advanced phase: the largest versatile in the Moldovan area. “Many elements, the structure and the cover are already completed, and other parts, such as the perforated sheet facade, the photovoltaic panels, the floors or ceramic have reached a stage between 80% and 90%,” says Florin Hotineanu for GSP.

Maximum delivery time: the end of 2025

The Multipurpose in Suceava, with a capacity of 5,000 places, is built from May 2023 on a site on the outskirts of the city, at the exit to Fălticeni. It is a 12 -hectare -stretched complex, which will also include an Aqua Park and another sports base. And the new entertainment center is to be connected including the A7 highway.

“Our part of construction will be ready somewhere in June, but the City Hall will have to perform the connections to electricity, sewerage, water, gas, so that we can operate the operating tests for installations,” says Petre Farcaș, the MIS Group owner, the company that raises the Suceava Multipurpose.

It is the context in which the room will probably be ready in the fall, at the latest by the end of the current year, if no other complications occur.

On the agenda there is also a parking lot of about 20,000 square meters, which overlaps over the works of the Multipurpose. I understand that for this adjacent goal are in progress of tender procedures

“The special handball parquet we bring from the US”

Farcaș also explains that “we avoided bringing materials from China or Turkey. We want to be a room to be proud of citizens, and we, as builders. It is a construction that will take at least 50 years, so we want to be something durable, serious and elegant.”

Hello, the special handball parquet will be brought from the US, because “it is a surface offered by only two or three producers and I chose an American company.”

Plus another intermediate detail, which could brake the work on the last hundred meters: “The government decision gives the right of the builders to benefit from certain updates at the level of inflation, because the materials are constantly expensive. We do not have, for now, allocated the amount of updating costs. It is quite large. We see each other, we understand the general situation, but we will have to slow down.

Data of the multifunctional complex

Let's see, further, the main data of the Bucovina Polyvalent, with the mention that the main beneficiary is announced to be the male handball team from the first league, CSU Suceava, 5th place in the standings:

• Main room capacity: 5,000 places.

• Heating room capacity (small): 300 places.

• Construction value: 35 million euros

• Term Completion: May 2025, extended predictions by the end of the current year

• Works done by the association MIS GROUP (Bistrita), Optim Project Management, Energo Civil and Industrial Construction, logistical and SDC project

• Destination: Sports competitions (field tennis, table tennis, basketball, handball, volleyball, gymnastics, fencing, martial arts, judo), concerts, congresses, symposiums, openings

• The land will be equipped with a removable parquet system, adaptable to different sports. For handball, there will be a special PVC floor.

• The construction is structured on four levels: basement, ground floor and two floors, total area – 42,850 sqm

• The complex will still include 715 parking places (8 for coaches), 7,100 sqm green spaces, medical recovery area, spaces for exhibitions and cultural activities, 6 bowling tracks, VIP areas, press, technical spaces, storage, commercial.
