Norilsk Nickel indexes employees' wages from July 1

Norkel company conducts an annual revision of employees wages.
The remuneration of all specialists will be raised from July 1. The company explains that they are guided by market trends and the need to hold qualified personnel. This allows Norikel to maintain a competitive level of wages and attract the best specialists.
This year, the company will first apply a differentiated approach to revision. So, for workers, production and line managers and specialists, the basic level of wages will be increased by an average of 10%. This will affect a total of more than 55 thousand employees. The remaining managers, employees and specialists will receive 7 % more.
“At the same time, an additional fund is created for a point review of the basic remuneration – 3 % for production personnel and managers and 4 % – for other managers and specialists. This fund is submitted to the disposal of enterprises for independent distribution. Its goal is to support key specialists, especially those whose professions require long -term training and high qualifications. The retention of such employees is very important for the stability and development of the company in the conditions of a rapidly changing labor market and a limited number of qualified specialists, ”the company explains.
Now the number of personnel of the enterprises of the Norkel group of companies is more than 80,000. For employees, one of the best social packages in the industry is offered.
