A businessman from Krasnoyarsk faces a term for the sale of illegal alcohol (video) / incident of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk Territory / Newslab.ru

The police seized more than 400 bottles of illegal alcohol products from the store in the Soviet district of Krasnoyarsk. This was told in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
The law enforcement officers found out that the 31-year-old owner of the outlet sold vodka, whiskey, cognac and wine without a corresponding license. In the store, the entrepreneur found 440 bottles with alcohol in the amount of almost 119 thousand rubles.
A criminal case was brought to the store owner under Part 1 of Art. 171.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “illegal production and (or) circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol -containing products”. Now the businessman faces up to 3 years in prison.
We will remind, earlier in Kansk, the deputy chairman of the election room was suspected of illegally selling cigarettes.
