“According to the law of the Krasnoyarsk Territory No. 12-5794, people with children under 3 years old, including children's strollers, belong to low-mobility citizens. And lIts who carry out entrepreneurial activities do not have the right to give preference to the conclusion of a public agreement to one consumers to others, as well as to refuse to maintain (sell goods) to small citizens. ”
