Ingredients:
- two zucchini;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying;
- five cloves of garlic;
- 200 g creamy;
- 1 tsp. oregano;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- ½ tsp. coriander;
- three branches of parsley or basil;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- Bread for serving.
Cooking
- Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into cubes. Put them in a preheated pan from 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry to a brush for five to seven minutes. At the end of the frying, add four to five cloves of garlic to the zucchini slices.
- Put the fried zucchini with garlic in a blender bowl, add 200 g of creamyra, crushed greens to them. Beat the ingredients until smooth.
- Add 1 tsp to prayer. Oregano, ½ tsp. Coriandra, salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Mix and serve.
