Ingredients:

  • two zucchini;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying;
  • five cloves of garlic;
  • 200 g creamy;
  • 1 tsp. oregano;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • ½ tsp. coriander;
  • three branches of parsley or basil;
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • Bread for serving.

Cooking

  1. Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into cubes. Put them in a preheated pan from 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry to a brush for five to seven minutes. At the end of the frying, add four to five cloves of garlic to the zucchini slices.
  2. Put the fried zucchini with garlic in a blender bowl, add 200 g of creamyra, crushed greens to them. Beat the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add 1 tsp to prayer. Oregano, ½ tsp. Coriandra, salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Mix and serve.
