The Leninsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk sentenced a ninth-grader in a case of attempted murder committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.
A teenager tried to kill a man who was in a relationship with his mother, a court heard. The student was unable to complete the crime due to circumstances beyond his control.
The ninth-grader was found guilty and sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison to serve his sentence in a correctional colony.
The verdict has not yet entered into legal force; an appeal has been filed.
