“We want to show that the profession of shipyard worker is currently experiencing a renaissance, that more and more young people are eager to this profession. We have a lot of orders, among others For navy ships, and we don't have professionals. That is why we want to show ourselves, but also make a clear appeal to the authorities to think about technical schools, because we will need professionals in the future very much, “said Ryngwelski.
He reminded that the Shipbuilding Remontowa Shipyard and PGZ, the War Shipyard are currently building nine ships.
“These are three multi-purpose frigates, this is a rescue ship, these are the destroyers of mines and radio-electronic recognition ships. This work is a lot, until 2032. This is not the end, because the Navy in the near future must replace the next ships, so there will be a lot to build for the next 10-15 years of these ships,” said Ryngwelski.
