Without meat, complex ingredients, without hours at the stove – only 5 products and 20 minutes. And yes – the guests will ask for the recipe, and the home – beg to repeat. And it is also cool to lose weight with him, there is a lot of fiber, which we so often lack. The roll turns out to be bright, juicy and surprisingly appetizing-both hot and cold, says the blogger of the TG channel “Simple recipes” (16).

What you need

  • 2-3 medium zucchini
  • 1 large carrots
  • 1-2 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, black pepper to taste

How to cook

  1. Runneck, carrots and potatoes on a coarse grater, wait a couple of minutes and squeeze the juice well.
  2. Add eggs, salt, pepper, mix until smooth.
  3. Put the mixture on the parchment or silicone rug – the layer should not be thicker than 1.5–2 cm.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20–25 minutes, until the base becomes dense and ruddy.
  5. Cool a couple of minutes, carefully roll the roll right on the rug.

Leave under a towel so that the roll becomes more tender. Cut – and on the table.

You can add fresh greens or sprinkle with cheese until baking – you get a new variation of a snack, which is not ashamed to give even a picky and moody guests.
