He wants to maintain them at the current level – according to the latest report of the Randstad Research Institute and the Pollster Research Institute about employers' plans. In addition, only 10 percent companies are planning seasonal employment.


“In the second half of 2025, Polish enterprises carefully approach recruitment plans – 18 % of companies plan to increase employment, while as much as 74 percent want to maintain them at the current level” – wrote in the report.
At the same time as much as 45 percent Large companies plan to increase employment, which – according to analysts – can mean stronger competition with talents in some specializations.

“The economic slowdown has been limiting the number of new positions and recruitment for over a year, which reduces the rotation and demand for employees. Until the solid strengthening of positive signals from the Polish economy, it is difficult to expect an increased number of new recruitment on the market” – commented in the report.
Before the summer season of seasonal work, the number of employers considering recruitment of temporary employees – only 10 percent fell by one third. companies plan to employ seasonal; While in 2024 it was 34 percent.
According to the authors of the report, it may be associated with the felt economic slowdown and still too small order portfolio for the next quarter, especially in smaller companies.
At the same time 65 percent Enterprises evaluate its financial condition as good, which – according to analysts – suggests that an improving economic situation may be conducive to intensifying recruitment.
“Despite the geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty, the situation of companies in Poland is good, and employers see market opportunities and orders. Positive assessments prevail in large enterprises that protect themselves better for difficult times” – it was indicated.
It has been added that less optimism can be seen among smaller companies, employers operating in small urban centers and logistics in which several global challenges are imposed.
Up to 84 percent enterprises are not planning to change remuneration, and increases are provided for in 6 percent.
The authors of the report indicate that the second half of the year is rarely a period of planned increases, and the last two years have been an exception due to the increase in the minimum wage and high wage dynamics, conducive to the division of increases on tranches.
“This year, wage dynamics have dropped, and the minimum wage increased only in January, so there are no factors supporting additional increases. Where they appear, their average level will most often be around 2 percent.” – written.
At the same time, however, Randstad survey carried out among employees shows that the percentage of people who can change employment with a better conjunction.
“This carries the risk of increased rotation in companies and prompts employers to some compromises in recruitment processes,” they commented.
