In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, traffic inspectors detained a 15-year-old teenager who managed a motorcycle while intoxicated.
This happened at night in the village of Narva, Mansky district. The attention of traffic inspectors was attracted by the driver who controlled the motorcycle without a motorcycle. The traffic police demanded that he stop, but the driver tried to hide.
When the offender managed to detain, it turned out that it was a 15-year-old boy, and with obvious signs of intoxication. The police called his mother to the scene. With her, the teenager was checked with the help of an alcohol tester, who confirmed the state of intoxication – 0.22 mg/l.
“The minor explained that the day before he exchanged his moped for a motorcycle and, with the permission of his mother, rode on it in the village, drinking a couple of bottles of beer. The collected materials were sent to the juvenile commission, which will decide on this fact. In addition, employees of the Department of Minor Affairs considered the issue of holding legal representatives of the guy accountable for improper performance of parental duties, ”the press service explained.
