A criminal case was instituted on the atmospheric of the Krasnoyarsk Criminal Code of the Criminal Code of the Sosna. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.

A criminal case has been instituted on a violation of the rules for the protection of atmospheric air, which resulted in its pollution (part 1 of article 251 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The prosecutor's office introduced a submission to the director of the company.

After the intervention of the supervisory authority, the concentration of emissions into the atmosphere was reduced.
