Numbness in the hands, especially at night, burning at the tips of the fingers and wrists, loss of sensitivity – the hands begin to “let” when you are the least await. Specialists from the TG channel “Health-Tower Channel” (18+) advise not to endure and not wait until the pain becomes unbearable, but regularly “pump” brushes to avoid a tunnel syndrome. Try to make a micro -expanship and a simple exercise – a “palmar stretch”. This helps to relieve tension and return freedom of movement in a couple of minutes.
- Stretch one hand in front of you palm down.
- With the second hand, gently bend the brush up to the sensation of a light stretch in the forearm – hold 15 seconds.
- Then, also carefully bend the brush down and linger for another 15 seconds.
- Repeat both movements with each hand 2 times.
After the first approach, numbness, “needles” and a pulsating tourniquet disappear. Such stretching relieves the clamp, improves blood flow, returns the fingers sensitivity and removes the characteristic “burning” or a smoke in the wrists. If you do every day, the muscles of the hands become stronger, stiffness disappears, pain decreases.
Secret: set a reminder to your phone – make an exercise in the morning, in the evening and at moments when you feel fatigue, pain and numbness in your hands. After a week, movements will become easier, and discomfort will leave.
Important: if numbness or pain does not pass, appear at night or are accompanied by severe edema – be sure to consult a doctor.
