Meteorologists have issued warnings for particularly hot weather, followed by a period of showers, electric shocks and vijections.
The National Meteorology Administration informs on Friday that a new orange code warning is valid, valid until Saturday morning in 13 counties and in Bucharest, as well as a persistent yellow heat code, which targets another 12 counties.
According to the specialized forecast, between June 27, at 10:00 – June 28, at 10:00, an orange code of very hot weather will be in most part of Oltenia and Muntenia, as well as in the south of the continental Dobrogea. Thus, the heat wave will be kept intensely, it will be heat, accentuated thermal discomfort, and the temperature-humidity index (ITU) will exceed the critical threshold of 80 units, notes AGERPRES.

The maximum temperatures will reach 39 degrees, and the minimum ones will be between 20 and 23 degrees, characterizing a tropical night.
Also, until Saturday morning, at 10:00, there will be a yellow code of heat in southeastern Transylvania, in the southern half of Moldova, western Oltenia, northeast Muntenia and northern continental Dobrogea, where the maximums will be between 33 and 37 degrees, and the minimum ones between 17 and 21 degrees.

Meteorologists issued, on Friday, new yellow code warnings and unstable orange code, with showers, electric shocks and vigils, which target several areas of the country during this day.
According to the National Meteorological Administration (ANM), on Friday, between 12:00 and 19:00, will be an orange code for accentuated atmospheric instability in most of Transylvania and Moldova, as well as in the mountain, where powerful vines will be reported (wind speed torrential. In short intervals (between one hour and three hours), the water quantities will be 25 – 40 l/sqm, and on the restricted areas will exceed 50 l/sqm.

A second orange code of bad weather will target, until 22:00, counties from the southern half of Moldova and northeast Muntenia. There will be high vijeles (wind speeds of 70 – 90 km/h), medium and large hail, frequent electric discharges and torrential showers, and the water quantities will reach 40 l/sqm and even exceed, at times, 50 l/sqm.
Also until Friday evening, an unstable yellow code will be in force in areas of Banat, Crișana, Maramureș, Transylvania, Oltenia, northern Muntenia and Moldova. In these regions there will be periods with intensifications of the wind and vijections (gusts generally 60 – 70 km/h), torrential showers, electric discharges and hail. By accumulation, the quantities of water will reach 20 – 25 l/sqm, and on restricted areas will exceed 40 l/sqm.
Also, between June 27, at 7:00 pm-June 28, 4:00, a yellow code of showers of torrential character and wind intensifications will be valid in Muntenia, Southeast Oltenia and in the southern half of Moldova. The wind gusts will generally be 60 – 70 km/h and, in short intervals or by accumulation, the quantities of water will be 20 – 25 l/sqm, on restricted areas over 40 l/sqm.
