The validity of elections in the Supreme Court. Important decision

– The protest reported possible irregularities when preparing protocols. (…) SN came to the conclusion that the applicant had substantiated the raised allegations – said judge Adam Redzik in connection with this protest.
He emphasized that “the allegations of protest (…) are justified, but the violation found did not affect the election result.” He found one of the Supreme Court allegations unfounded, he left part of the protest without consideration.
– Whether these were mistakes or intentional action – it is a matter of resolving the prosecutor's office in her proceedings – said Judge Redzik, adding that “with similar situations the Supreme Court had to deal with previous presidential elections.” After these words, the meeting started at 9 was closed.
Incorrect committees
Protests are recognized in the compositions of three judges. The first protest was recognized by the judges: Adam Redzik, Aleksander Stępkowski and Paweł Wojciechowski. Judge Reddzik announced that without examination the PG application was left to refer the case to the Supreme Court Work Chamber.
“The protest reported possible irregularities when preparing the protocols. (…) the Supreme Court came to the conclusion that the applicant had substantiated the raised allegations,” said Judge Redzik in connection with that protest. As he reminded two weeks ago, the Supreme Court ordered the examination of electoral cards in all committees indicated in the protest.
As reported by Judge Redzik, these are committees from Kraków, Olesno, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Strzelce Opolskie, Grudziądz, Gdańsk, Bielsko-Biała, Tarnów, Katowice, Tychów, Kamienna Góra and Brest Kujawski.
