Ingredients for 25 pies
- 250 ml of milk;
- 11 g of dry yeast;

- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 250 ml of boiling water;
- 750 g of flour;
- The filling is to the taste.
Cooking
- Mix milk, salt, sugar, yeast and vegetable oil in the container.
- Add sifted flour. Mix and pour in boiling water
- . Knead the soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Sprinkle the working surface with flour.
- Form pies.
- Fry on both sides until golden crust.
