In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the prosecutor's office returned the forest to the state, preventing the seizure of land around Lake Bolshoi. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority.
In December 2020, the administration of the Sharypovsky municipal district was illegally transferred by the Uzhursky Service Center LLC, a picturesque plot of 50 hectares near the lake. Initially, the land that is located in the state flesh was provided by companies to organize tourism infrastructure – the construction of a recreation center. However, further events showed other intentions of the owners.
“Instead of the planned development of tourism, the land was divided and sold. The new owners erected buildings on it – negligible from their total area, which clearly did not correspond to the declared goals, ”the prosecutor's office said.
All this deprived the locals of their rights to free access to the natural recreation area. To restore justice, the prosecutor's office initiated a trial.
The court recognized the claim of the prosecutor justified and satisfied him. Land plots will be returned to the state, and local residents will again gain access to water and nature.
