Facilitation of access to state registers, providing photo with photos from the register of personal commanders and the creation of a register of Polish citizens staying abroad provides for a novel by the Sejm with a register of personal commanders.

• from the PESEL register,
• population records,
• Register of ID cards,
• Register of passport documents,
• contact of contact details,
• register of reservations of PESEL numbers
• Central Register of Vehicles and Drivers.

The new regulations are to enable private sector companies, such as banks, access to a photo of a person from the register of ID cardswhich will allow officials to verify whether the person showing the evidence is its owner. Access to the photo will only be possible with the consent of the Minister of Digitization, and the photograph will not be able to be stored by the verification entity. This solution is to complement the service of the PESEL number reservations and increases the level of protection of people.

As previously informed by MC, one of the benefits arising from the draft act is, among others abolishing the obligation to inform banks or SKOKs about the exchange of an ID card; Information about the new document, including the number, series and expiration date, will be automatically transferred from the state system to financial institution systems.
