Credit Agricole has launched the Prime offer for customers with higher income or assets. The package includes a new Account for You Prime account, the first Visa Signature debit card in Poland, travel amenities and preferential terms of credit products. We checked the price list and the most important rules.
The bank directs Prime to people with income above PLN 15,000. PLN per month or assets of at least PLN 250,000. zloty. The new Prime Account for You replaces the previous VIP Account for You, but existing VIP customers can continue to use it under the old conditions. Maintaining a new account costs PLN 70 per month, but the fee drops to PLN 0 if the account received at least PLN 15,000 or if the average monthly balance on accounts and investment products at the bank is min. PLN 250,000.
The bank issues a Visa Signature debit card for the account. The card gives, among others: two free entries per year to airport lounges in the Priority Pass and Fast Track programs at selected Polish airports (Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Katowice). The bank also announces access to the MyVISA offer.
In the price list for Prime personal accounts, the bank indicates that there are no fees for card withdrawals in EUR within the EEA, as well as no fees for SEPA transfers ordered in online or mobile banking. Withdrawals in other currencies or channels have separate rates. The package also includes free currency accounts in EUR, GBP and USD, as well as service in the CA24 Mobile application.
The bank informs that Credit Agricole will add a new quality of customer service to its new product offer. The bank has created a team of qualified advisors in bank branches specializing in serving wealthy clients. Prime Account for You holders have 24/7 contact with the hotline, accelerated identification and shortened service paths, e.g. for credit applications or complaints.
