Residents of the cabinet of Kansk were sprinkled with year -round hot water supply

Thanks to the modernization of the heat supply system, which is carried out by the Siberian Generating Company in Kansk, 23 houses of the city part of the city are provided with hot water supply.

The peculiarity of most houses in the rates of Kansk is the lack of an internal pipeline system for hot water supply. In winter, people took water from batteries. Summer was carried out without it or with water heaters. There was no hot water in the summer in several houses where the necessary wiring of the system is still available.

The reason is the high wear of the equipment of the BHZ TPP, the boiler room, which previously provided the district resources. Due to the dilapidated pipelines, where insulation was completely absent in places, heat losses on the way from the source to end consumers in winter reached 7-8 ° C-several times more than the set standards. The regime in the summer, when the water discrimination is several times lower, the BHZ CHA could not.

In 2022, SGK replaced the boiler room, building a 8 kilometer pipeline in this part of the city. The new highway tied a reliable heat source of the Kansk CHP and the house of the SALOSA.

“We managed to additionally connect 23 houses to hot water supply, in which there were technical capabilities for connecting, although these measures are not provided for by the program of modernization of the city heat supply system. And now residents will be with hot water all year round, ”said Dmitry Siberin, Director of the Kansk Heating Networks (branch of the Yenisei TGK, units of SGK in the Yenisei Siberia region).

“The modernization of the housing and communal services system remains the most important issue. Heat, light and water are so obvious things that we are used to and want them to be served uninterruptedly. I look at this result not as at 23 houses with hot water, but as that it will constantly be among many families, many inhabitants of our city. Thanks to the company that does not just go according to the planned program, but does a little more. I can compare with other cities, the modernization of the heat supply system in Kansk is a global work. Thanks to all experts, workers, engineers who participate in this, ”said Olga Vitman, head of the city of Kansk.

SGK has been conducting large -scale work to update the Kansk heat supply system since 2020. The company plans to invest 2 billion rubles in 10 years. For these funds, new pipelines are built and energy -efficient equipment on heat sources is installed. The implementation of this program became possible after the approval of a long -term tariff and the creation of opportunities for investing in the heat supply system. The program was supported by the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the administration of the city of Kansk.
