75 % of the Krasnoyarsk employers are faced with Zumeri who overstocking experience. In particular, 45 % encounter them periodically, and 30 % constantly meet young applicants who exaggerate their experience.
At the same time, most Krasnoyarsk employers will make a choice in favor of a candidate who can confirm work experience (75 %), 20 % try to choose more age -related specialists – “millennials” or “boomers”, the work to search for work and personnel to the employees of the Renaissance Insurance (MoEx: Reni) came to such conclusions, interviewing 1.9 thousand heads of Russian companies.
Participants of the survey from Krasnoyarsk were invited to choose professions in which, in their opinion, most employees under 28 years old with unrealistic requests.
It turned out that the largest number of such applicants among representatives of marketing and PR – 50 % of respondents chose this option. TOP-5 also included professions such as line managers and salesmen (31 %), as well as creative and systems (25 %).
Most often, Zumers exaggerate their working competencies (89 %) and a set of “software” (33 %) they have. At the same time, half of the Krasnoyarsk leaders (50 %) note that young candidates usually request a salary at a level much higher than the market, and another 33 % are divided that they request a salary higher, but not more than 10-15 percent.
In addition to increased wages, employers from Krasnoyarsk most often hear from Zumers a wishes for the absence of routine tasks (70 %), a flexible graphics or remote (60 %) and the ability to often take additional ramps (40 %).
Half of the leaders (50 %) receives similar requirements every three or four interviews, and 15 % at least than every second. Faced with unrealistic requirements, 81 % of employers will try to explain to the applicant why not all his requests are executed, another quarter will make an attempt to agree on such conditions with higher authorities.
