In Krasnoyarsk, police officers violated the plans of two teenagers-stalks and removed them from the train. This was reported in the Department of Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Siberian Federal District.
Inspectors for minors established three teenagers who staged dangerous games on the railway. In one case, the child rode on the coupling device of the cargo car, in the other – schoolchildren endanated their lives, arranging a trip on external elements of the design of the electric train.
In relation to the parents of the two adolescents, they made protocols on an administrative offense under Art. 5.35 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure by parents of duties on the maintenance and education of minors. Now transport police are identifying another participant in the hooking to carry out preventive work with him and his legal representatives.
We will remind, earlier it became known that in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 17-year-old traveled 100 kilometers by train. An outfit of the transport police drew up a protocol in relation to the guy under Art. 11.17 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules of conduct of citizens in railway transport.”
