In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the bailiffs sent a malicious debtor to the temporary detention center.
A resident of Zheleznogorsk owed his children 2.5 million rubles, and also received more than 250 administrative fines for violation of the rules of the road. The man was taken to the department. There, the bailiff amounted to the debtor in the aggregate of 96 administrative protocols: 92 protocol for non-payment of fines appointed by the court, one protocol for non-payment of alimony and three protocols for failure to provide a vehicle for arrest.
“A Foreign Porsche car was put on the wanted list anywhere, and the malicious defaulter himself received 96 days of administrative arrest and 20 hours of compulsory work“, – They told the bailiff service.
The debtor has six months after the entry into force of administrative punishment to pay for the debt on alimony. If this does not happen, a man faces a criminal punishment under Art. 157 of the Criminal Code. The article provides for the real term of conclusion for a systematic non -payment of funds for the maintenance of children.
