In Krasnoyarsk, a fictitious wife of a fighter received his illegally 9 million after his death

In Krasnoyarsk, a woman illegally received compensation for the death of her fighter, with whom she was in a fictitious marriage for several years. This was told in the prosecutor's office of the region.

A citizen of Uzbekistan concluded a fictitious marriage with Krasnoyarsk in 2021 to get a temporary residence permit in Russia. Despite the fact that marital relations existed only on paper, soon the couple had a child. However, a biological father was not a resident of the regional capital, but a completely different man.

In 2024, Krasnoyarsk signed a contract for military service and went to his zone, where he died tragically. When the woman found out what happened, she had a plan. She decided to receive payments assigned to the family of a soldier and connected her two friends to the case.

“Friends helped the woman draw up documents so that she could apply for a one -time allowance and other social payments, the total amount of which exceeded 9 million rubles. The parties divided the money received among themselves, ”the press service of the supervisory authority said.

However, the prosecutor's office doubted the authenticity of this family history. The audit showed: marriage was only “bureaucratic”, which means that the “widow” had no rights to payments. The prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the court to declare a marriage invalid, which was satisfied.

All payments were legally received by the mother of the deceased. Additionally, the prosecutor's office challenged the record of paternity. Fallups and two of her accomplices were charged with fraud (part 3 of article 30, part 4 of article 159.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case will be considered by the Kirovsky District Court.
