Monday, June 23, 2025, It was a truly special day for Dinamo. The club left the insolvency procedure after four years after its outbreak, and one of the most important “culprits” for this approach is Răzvan Zăvăleanu, the representative of the judicial administrator.
“My mission has ended,” said Zăvăleanu on Monday, in an interview for GSP.ro, inevited after the insolvency (all statements). And RTZ & Partners, the company that took care of Dinamo's insolvency, has received and will continue to receive an important amount as a reward.

The successful fee, ie the RTZ bonus at the insolvency exit, is of 250,000 eurosas GSP.ro explains in an article published in August 2023. It is the amount that appears in the official documents.
But Răzvan Zăvăleanu and RTZ had during the four years and a fixed fee from Dinamo.
They have always agreed to postpone it if the club crosses a financially complicated period.

Moreover, Răzvan Zăvăleanu borrowed the Dinamo club several times with several hundred thousand euros. Without that money, the collapse was imminent.
On Monday, the man who was in charge of Dinamo's insolvency said he would not enter the shareholder, despite the insistence of the club's heads.
Zăvăleanu's efforts did not go unnoticed by supporters. “Thank you for being there a minute after relegation, thank you for financially contributed, through loans, that Dinamo will not disappear, thank you for being present in the last 4 years with Dinamo and you have managed to remove the club from insolvency. Thank you for everything!”
The rates charged by RTZ during Dinamo was insolvency (June 2021 – June 2025)
In the four years, Zăvăleanu and RTZ have benefited from several types of fees, depending on the period:

10,000 euros monthly during the observation period, that is, until the approval of the reorganization plan (June – November 2021).

35,000 euros for the preparation of the approved reorganization plan.

7,000 euros a month In the first year of the reorganization period, that is, after the plan was approved (November 22, 2021 – November 21, 2022). Total: 84,000 euros

10,000 euros monthly in the second year of insolvency (November 22, 2022 – November 21, 2023). Total: 120,000 euros.

11,500 euros monthly in the third year (November 22, 2023 – November 21, 2024). Total: 138,000 euros.

11,500 euros monthly in the fourth year (November 22, 2024 – June 23, 2025). Total: 80,500 euros.

250,000 euros – The successful fee, that is, the RTZ bonus at the insolvency.
Zăvăleanu and RTZ also benefited from other amounts during the time they activated at Dinamo:

201.590.62 lei + VAT (40,936 euros) – successful fee in 6% + VAT of the amount of 682,271.04 euros collected by Dinamo for the transfer of Deian Sorescu, at Rakow Czestochowa, in January 2022.

5% of what the company obtained after processes regarding the recovery of claims or to repair some damages.

3% of the values it generated when it attracted new investors.
