Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken minced meat;
- 150 g of buckwheat;
- one onion;
- two eggs;
- 100 g of breadcrumbs;
- Salt, pepper, sauce to taste.
Cooking
- Add spices, eggs, grated onions, breadcrumbs and boiled buckwheat to the minced meat.
- Form cutlets from the mass and fry them until golden.
- Mix any sauce, salt and slightly warm water.
- Pour the fried cutlets with sauce in a pan and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
