Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chicken minced meat;
  • 150 g of buckwheat;
  • one onion;
  • two eggs;
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs;
  • Salt, pepper, sauce to taste.

Cooking

  1. Add spices, eggs, grated onions, breadcrumbs and boiled buckwheat to the minced meat.
  2. Form cutlets from the mass and fry them until golden.
  3. Mix any sauce, salt and slightly warm water.
  4. Pour the fried cutlets with sauce in a pan and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
