Iran reserves all the options to defend itself after the US attacks on its nuclear sites, on Sunday, on the X network, the Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, saying that the attacks were “scandalous and will have lasting consequences.”
“The United States, a permanent member of the Security Council of the United Nations, committed a serious violation of the UN Charter, International Law and TNP by attacking peaceful nuclear installations,” said Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
“The events this morning are revolting and will have lasting consequences. Each UN member must be alarmed by this extremely dangerous, anarchic and criminal behavior. According to the UN Charter and its provisions that allow a legitimate response in legitimate defense, Iran reserves all the options to defend its sovereignty, the interests,”
The US has hit three nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan, President Donald Trump announced on Saturday, while the conflict between Israel and Iran entered the second week. American B-2 bombers were used in the weekend operation, a source for CNN said.
Trump described the US military blows on Iranian nuclear installations as a “spectacular military success” and added that the sites were “completely and totally destroyed” in a speech from the White House, Sunday morning. Trump warned Iran that the US could attack additional targets if Iran doesn't make peace.
