The IT Holding T1 and the Government of Sevastopol agreed to jointly work on the digitalization of the city, the development of personnel potential in the IT sector and the promotion of innovation in the region. The relevant agreement was signed as part of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.
The agreement is designed for long-term cooperation, in focus-the creation of a favorable environment for the introduction of new IT solutions into urban infrastructure. Partnership will increase the investment attractiveness of the region, form a personnel basis and will lay the basis for the further development of the IT sphere.
In July 2025, the T1 plans to open a separate representative office in Sevastopol with a number of several hundred employees, including IT specialists, which will contribute to the receipt of additional income to the budget of Sevastopol.
“Sevastopol is a strategically important region with great potential for technology development. We are pleased to join a partnership that will help increase the level of digitalization of the city, as well as strengthen the safety and reliability of its IT infrastructure. At the same time, it is important for us not only to introduce new solutions, but also to contribute to the formation of a digital ecosystem for the further development of the entire urban environment, ”said Alexey Fetisov, general director of T1 IT Holding.
In addition, within the framework of the implementation of the Agreement, interaction for the training of personnel in the IT sector, the participation of representatives of IT Holding T1 in educational activities, updating educational programs, interaction with educational institutions and universities is provided.

We expect that partnership with T1 will open up new opportunities for the digital development of Sevastopol and create conditions for the preparation of qualified specialists and the development of local IT community, which will create innovations here, at home, ”said the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Pravozhaev.
