Zibrov admitted that he was involved in smuggling of prohibited substances and gave details

Zibrov said that after demobilization he went with concerts to Afghanistan, where the war was then going on. He bought mumiyo at the local bazaar – a natural organo-mineral substance that is formed in high mountain areas. To transport prohibited substances across the border, the artist and his friends covered things with eucalyptus branches, which interrupted the smell of mumiyo and to which border dogs reacted.

“Honestly, I saved 5 thousand rubles. You could have bought a used, two-year-old Zhigul,” he shared.

Zibrov put the proceeds from the sale into a savings book, as his mother-in-law advised him, and later this money disappeared from the account.
