

Context
On June 13, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported suspicion of unlawful enrichment of a number of ex-subordinate Chernyshov in the Ministry of Regional Development and NAC Naftogaz Ukraine. In particular, the former state secretary of the Ministry of Regional Development, the current member of the board of Naftogaz of Ukraine, as well as the ex-adviser of the minister.
Chernyshov himself pointed to Facebook that on June 16 he began an official visit to Austria. The trip, which provides for meetings with a number of Austrian functionaries, is devoted to strengthening the cooperation of the two countries to support Ukrainians in Austria, to continue the temporary protection of Ukrainian citizens to the EU and the implementation of the mechanism of voluntary return of Ukrainians, “when the conditions will contribute to this.”
On the same day, the People’s Deputy from European Solidarity Alexei Goncharenko wrote to Telegram with reference to sources that NABU was preparing Suspicion Chernyschov.
On June 17, the journalist of Ukrainian Pravda, Mikhail Tkach, said that Chernyshev did not return from foreign accounting against the backdrop of suspicions put forward by his former subordinates.
On June 19, the Ministry of National Unity informed the “suspension” that Chernyshev was on a planned business trip in the countries of the European Union.
