On New Year's Eve, a Krasnoyarsk woman, drinking champagne, decided to repark her car and caused an accident (video)

Concerned residents of Krasnoyarsk handed over to the police a drunken lady who collided with a parked Skoda in the Severny microdistrict on the night of January 1.

It all happened in the courtyard on Urvantseva Street, 6. Having received a report from eyewitnesses about the accident, traffic cops arrived at the scene and examined the woman for intoxication. The breathalyzer showed 1.032 mg/l, which is several times higher than the permissible limit. The offender explained that, after drinking champagne, she wanted to repark her Volkswagen and crashed into another car.

Now the Krasnoyarsk resident faces an administrative fine of 45,000 rubles and deprivation of her driver’s license for up to two years. Her car was placed in a special parking lot.

In total, from the beginning of 2026 to the traffic police phone “Blue Line” 263-10-19 and the special chat bot @Alkoline_Krsk_bot received more than 30 messages about spotted drunk drivers. As a result, six were detained with signs of intoxication, and two of them did not have the right to drive vehicles.
