Young Krasnoyarsk residents are called for free psychologist advice on building a healthy relationship

On July 8, the second group of psychological support “My History” for young people aged 18 to 35 years will begin to work in Krasnoyarsk this year. This was reported in the city hall.
At free consultations, participants will consider modern methods of building healthy relationships, discuss their experience and analyze the common difficulties that pairs encounter. The meeting will be held by a professional psychologist at the Center for Promotion of Youth Projects “Vector” Anna Mayer.
“This group is for those who want to understand their relationships without condemnation and tips from the outside. Here we can talk about doubts, fears or hopes, find support and learn from others. Together we will work on an understanding of our emotions, models of behavior and finding solutions. Meetings are suitable for those who are important to be heard, not appreciated. We create a safe space for an honest conversation, ”said Anna Mayer.
The meetings will be held every Tuesday at 19:00 in the Tychian Dawns microdistrict: Lesnikov Street, 37b. As part of the flow, there will be 10 group classes.
