Prime Minister sharply about the issue of election lawsuits. “The prosecutor's office will check and prosecute”

– Emotions are completely understandable. To make everyone aware of the rank of this problem and what legal land we have when it comes to the protests and responsibilities of power of various levels towards citizens and the protests, so I will read Article 129 of the Constitution. “The voter has the right to report to the Supreme Court a protest against the validity of the election of the President of the Republic of Poland on the principles set out in the Act. It is the citizens' entitlement to the Expresis Verbis in the Constitution. The authors of the constitution and probably we all recognized that the right to vote is also the right to be seriously treated when you are a voter, and therefore the voting voter, and therefore the voting voter, and therefore the citizen is submit a protest – said the prime minister.
– What are the consequences? The authorities responsible for the course and evaluation of the election must with all due respect, respect and determination to consider all the protests of citizens. Citizen's right does not mean that he has the right to submit a protest from which nothing results. It is also a great commitment, very practical for the Supreme Court, the National Electoral Commission, for the Prosecutor General, for the Speaker of the Sejm, for everyone without exception, who participate in this process finalizing the election of the president – he announced.
He commented on the incomprehensible reaction of President Andrzej Duda.
– The hysterical reaction of the president, and later many PiS politicians, that what a scandal is that someone comes to mind to check the legitimacy of protests, it is striking. They are all for this, like us, that when doubts arise and when citizens demand explanation to do everything to explain it, not to hide.
– Nobody should have the intention that “we count, count, maybe it will be possible to annul the election.” This is not really the point. But these choices will not be important from the point of view of citizens, if we do not explain all these protests – pointed out Donald Tusk.
He referred to information from Bielsko Biała, where he, according to him, was forgery, where 160 votes from Rafał Trzaskowski to Karol Nawrocki were moved.
– We currently have the initial situation in eight hundred committees, where there are surprising results, where statistics say very clearly that something is wrong – he said.
– We do not know much more, because the Supreme Court I do not know why, he wants very discreetly and rather secret the results of previous checking procedures, but wherever there is a counting and checking: Minsk, Grudziądz, Bielsko-Biała, Kraków, everywhere, we do not know what scale, it is clear that there was either manipulation, either forgery, or mistakes. Nobody does grace to anyone, citizens have the right to know what the result of the election really looks like – said the prime minister.
– What belongs to the government's liability is the work of the prosecutor's office. And the task of the prosecutor's office is not to question the result of the election, but wherever there is a suspicion of committing forgery, crime, the prosecutor's office will check and chasing such events. It is not our task to assume that it will be in the finals that these are important or invalid choices, but it cannot be that anyone in Poland will doubt whether his voice matters.
