On Tuesday, a special envoy of the US President for Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, said on Fox News that the US received proposals from Ukraine regarding the achievement of peace, and now Russia is to present its plan. He added that when the US receives proposals from both sides, they will be able to compare them and organize the next meeting devoted to peace conversations.
