In the Boguchansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, two accidents occurred with the participation of minor drivers of motor vehicles. This was reported in the traffic police.
The first incident occurred in the village of Chunoyar. The Chevrolet car driver, when traveling the intersection, did not provide an advantage to a 16-year-old student on a motorcycle, and shot down it. After the accident, the teenager with injuries was taken to the hospital.
The second case occurred in the village of Boguchany. A 14-year-old Mopedist collided with a Hyundai car. The child was hospitalized.
“In relation to the parents of minors, materials have been compiled under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for transferring a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of 30 thousand rubles, ”the traffic police said.
In addition, information about incidents is sent to PD to consider the issue of attracting parents under Art. 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Failure by parents or other legal representatives of minor duties on the maintenance and education of minors”.
Employees of the State traffic inspector recall: the responsibility for the safety of children lies with parents. Carry out conversations about the rules of the road, explain the danger of transport management and control the pastime of children.
