
If ordinary cutlets and classic chicken breasts are already tired, husband and children are asking to cook something new, but you do not want to bother much, use this recipe. These legendary rolls have become a hit of family dinners already for many: they are easily prepared, they look appetizing, and the taste makes you ask for an additive even the most picky.
You will need
- Chicken breasts – 3 pieces.
- Salt and black pepper – to taste.
- Cream cheese – 1 tsp for each roll.
- Grated mozzarella cheese or any other – 50 g.
- Garlic (dry) – a pinch.
- Parsley or any greens, as you like, to taste.
- Tomato – on a half circle for every roll.
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
- Mustard – 1 tbsp.
How to cook
We cut chicken breasts along in half, slightly beat off so that they become thinner, salt and pepper to taste.
We spread a spoonful of cream cheese for each layer, sprinkle with grated cheese, add a pinch of dry garlic and a little greens.
We put the tomato circle along the half of the circle, gently wrap it in a dense roll.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and mustard – lubricate each roll on top, so that later it turns out a ruddy crust.
We lay the rolls in the shape, bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (or fry in a pan under the lid – 15 minutes over medium heat).
Ready rolls cool a little, cut and serve – fly off the plates instantly!
