In the Soviet district, courtyards of residential buildings are landscaped

In Krasnoyarsk, the improvement of courtyards in the Soviet district began on the initiative of residents.

This summer it is planned to transform the court of three residential buildings on the street 78 of the Volunteer Brigade (14a, B and C). The contracting organization is already preparing a territory to accommodate a sports ground. She will have a rubber coating. On the site, children will be able to play football, volleyball and basketball. Also, simulators will be installed in the courtyard, pedestrian paths will be equipped and driveways will be repaired. The improvement was estimated at 8.5 million rubles. 2.5 million of this amount – funds of the residents themselves, the remaining money came from the federal, regional and city budgets.

The second address where the repair is being carried out was 60 years of the USSR, 21. Old horizontal bars and swings were dismantled here to install a modern playground, new benches with urns. It is also planned to update the passage. The improvement of the courtyard will cost almost 8 million rubles.

“I have been living in this house for 15 years. Over time, swing, the horizontal bars became unusable. Motorists began to call on sidewalks and defeated the curbs. We took part in the program for three in a row, and this time we won a grant! I want to say that we were very lucky with the contracting organization. Workers are very neat and careful about green spaces, ”a resident of Lyudmila Kameneva shares.

Another courtyard that received grant support this year is the territory near the house at the address: Komsomolsky Avenue, 2. The contracting organization replaced the side stones, updated the passage, arranged pedestrian paths and replaced several game elements on the playground.

This year, the courtyard on Krasnodar, 9 workers will also improve the new pedestrian paths, updated the passage and replaced the curbs.

The work is underway within the framework of the federal program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. It was initiated by the President of the Russian Federation.

“Thanks to the federal program in the Sovetsky district, 106 courtyards have been landscaped since 2017. This year, four more yards will be added to this list. Every year, residents of the district submit more and more applications in the competition for improvement. For many, this is a good opportunity to repair your yard and at the same time co -financing the project to a minimum, ”explained Elena Lanina, head of the administration of the Soviet district.
