In the summer of last year, Intero Proprty Development, a company owned by the Canadian family of investors Topolinski, launched the construction work on its mixed SkyLight Residence project, worth 1 billion euros, located in the Bucharest Obor area, which will have, at the end, a total area built by 486,000 sqm and almost 28,000 square meters.
