They wanted to cheat bottles for a “bottle on a string”. The effects are surprising

The system works in a simple way. The customer throws used packaging into the machine, and in return issues a voucher or code that can be used for subsequent purchases. However, before the new solution for good settlements in stores, it was decided to check its resistance to manipulation.
To this end, a journalist of the “Franchise in Trade” portal together with a representative of the company producing bottles tested how they deal with attempts at fraud.
“Na string” method
At the beginning the method with a string was checked. A transparent fishing line was attached to the empty bottle, which was to allow it to be pulled back after recognizing the deposit. Unfortunately, Some bottles of the bottles did not detect this trick – they accepted the bottle, admitted the “prize”, after which it was pulled out and could be thrown again.
However, some devices reacted correctly to unusual behavior. In the case of attempting to manipulate on the screen, a warning message appeared, e.g. “Stop. Fraud attempt, bottle part”.
The editors of the portal reserve that The tests were not intended to promote such behaviorand only an indication to the producers of potential gaps and shortcomings, which are worth repairing before the system enters into force.
Although the deputy system itself may in the future bring some benefits for the environment and closed circulation economy, it still requires refinement at this stage. Both in terms of the safety of the machines themselves, as well as the practical functioning of solutions in stores.
