After the outbreak of the armed conflict with Israel in Iran, dozens of people suspected of sabotage or espionage for Israel were detained – Reuters said on Monday, citing the Iranian state media.


People who are accused of “disturbing the peace of public opinion” are also detained – said Iran International's emigre portal.
During the weekend, the police in the province of Hormosgan announced the detention of 14 people suspected of disseminating disinformation and expressing support for Israel on the Internet – the portal said. The authorities warned that supporting Israel in social media may result in a prison sentence of two to five years.
The Iranian Tasnim agency informed that the judicial authorities reminded on Monday that people who “disturb the safety and peace of people” must be judged as soon as possible and the guilty would be punished “without indulgence”.
On Friday, Israel began firing military and nuclear goals in Iran, who accuses him of accelerating work on the creation of nuclear weapons. Iran assures that he does not build bombs, but accelerates the enrichment of uranium to the close level required to create nuclear charges, he replied with ballistic rockets. (PAP)
