During the Monday meeting of the parliament, the President of Iran Masud Pezeszkian assured that the country does not seek to have nuclear weapons. He emphasized that Iran has the right to nuclear research and the development of nuclear technology at the same time.
“The whole nation of Iran must join forces and firmly oppose the (Israeli) aggression that took place,” said Pezeszkian, quoted by the Reuters agency.
The president called Israel a “genocidal criminal” and called all Islamic countries to connect Iran's forces and support – said the Irna agency.
