In Achinsk, a 4-year-old girl died when falling from the window

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case was opened on the fact of the death of a young child as a result of a fall from the window.

The Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation said that the accident occurred today, June 15, at about 13:00 in Achinsk. According to preliminary data, the girl was at home under the supervision of her mother. At some point, the woman went out into the kitchen, and the girl climbed onto the windowsill and fell out the open window from the height of the fifth floor.

“There was a mosquito net on the window, but under the weight of the child it broke. From the injuries, the girl died at the scene. The family was not on preventive accounting, it is characterized satisfactory“,-explained in the press service.

A criminal case has been instituted on this fact under part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence). Investigators work on the spot, all the circumstances of the incident are established, the necessary investigative actions are carried out.
