In Krasnoyarsk, money was allocated for the installation of the monument to Mikhail Reshetnev

In Krasnoyarsk, the financing of the “Culture Development” program was increased and funds were allocated for the installation of the monument to the design engineer Mikhail Reshetnev.

The Prime Minister of the Territory Sergey Vereshchagin in his telegram channel said that the corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the regional government. The financing of the state program by three years grew by 247.7 million rubles. Additional funds will go not only the installation of the monument to an outstanding scientist on the territory of the University of Reshetnev, but also the creation of a memorable sign in honor of the Krasnoyarsk residents – the defenders of the besieged Leningrad. Also, money will be directed to the construction of rural leisure centers and work on the preservation of cultural heritage.

According to the regional state program “The Development of Physical Culture and Sports”, expenses increased by 103.9 million rubles by three years. Additional funds will go to develop a project for the device of the modular basketball court in the Arena North Ice Palace and to create an indoor ice rink in the Krasnoyarsk microdistrict of Pokrovsky. The funds will also be directed to repair the outer networks of the Fakel sports complex in Podgorno and to develop the project of the gym in the physical education complex of Divnogorsk.

As part of the state program “Development of the Social Support system of citizens”, due to the redistribution of funds, expenses for the provision of annual payments for children from large families and festive payments on Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War increased. Also, funds were provided for the installation of an elevator at the Birch Social and Health Center, where the participants of their own and members of their families correct their health.

Financing the regional state program “Reform and modernization of housing and communal services” in 2025 increased by 1.7 billion rubles. The main part will be aimed at restricting the growth of citizens' fees for heat. Also, funds will go to overhaul and reconstruction of municipal communal infrastructure facilities, the construction of a modular boiler room in the village of Sineborsk and thermal stabilization of soils under apartment buildings in Norilsk.

The costs of the regional state program “Development of the information society” this year increased by 306 million rubles. Financing will also be directed to connect state institutions to the Internet, which will additionally provide 59 organizations with quality communication services. Also, funds were allocated for the purchase of domestic software for the regional clinical hospital and the support of the system “Unified map of the resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”.

Recall that in 2024 Krasnoyarsk celebrated a century since the birth of Mikhail Reshetnev, an outstanding design engineer, creator of the world's first satellite systems of space telecommunications. On this occasion, a solemn rally was held on the right bank of the city and laid a stone in the foundation of the future monument to the scientist.
