Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov will become a mentor of two veterans of a special military operation within personnel Programs “Siberian character”. He stated this in his telegram channel.

The training of fighters will begin in September. This week, a mentor was fixed to each of the 60 participants. Prarefits of the regional and federal authorities, leaders of various structures and the heads of territories will help them in study and integration into a professional environment.
On the course “State and Municipal Administration” participants will be able to choose a vector of their development. This can be work in the authorities, assistance to fighters, patriotic education of youth and other directions.
Let me remind you that together with the veterans, 30 current participants in the special operation were also selected in the Siberian Character program. For them, training will begin after returning home. Another 59 people are enrolled in the reserve.
The task of the program is to create a qualified management corps from among the participants in a special military operation. The finalists will study under the program developed by the Presidential Academy under the leadership of mentors.
