Products

  • 3 zucchini;
  • 3 tbsp. l. dry rice;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrots;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 tsp. sweet paprika;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;

  • 3 tbsp. l. flour;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking

  1. Boil Fig.
  2. Grate the zucchini. Salt and mix to let the juice be allowed. Squeeze the juice.
  3. Cut the onion cubes. Grate carrots on a grater. Fry slightly in a pan with vegetable oil
  4. In the container, mix boiled rice, zucchini and stewed carrots with onions. Add an egg and chopped garlic.
  5. Add spices, salt and pepper, as well as chopped greens.
  6. At the end, add flour and mix thoroughly.
  7. Form cutlets and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until cooked.
