“From the first data, a 47 -year -old man from Nimigea de Jos, while on a land his property, where he intended to cut more trees was discovered in a state of unconsciousness, in the proximity of a cut tree.”says ISU Bistrița-Năsăud.

Bodily injury

The investigations are continued by the police officers of the Năsăud Rural Police Section 6 within a criminal file drawn up on the crime of bodily injury, to accurately establish the cause and circumstances of the event.

We recall that, last year, following a call to 112, a teenager was found in a coma in a forest on the outskirts of Axente Sever in Sibiu county and, despite the efforts of the doctors to resuscita, could not be saved.

The close ones tried to hide the truth, claiming that the boy fell from the tree.

The police opened a file in this case, suspecting that the minor did not fall from height, but was crushed by a tree.

A similar tragedy took place in Ciuruleasa commune in the Apuseni Mountains. A young man from the commune died after falling over a wood cutting circular.
