The man who managed the site on which images were published with women photographed without their consent, in indecent hypostases, was heard by police in Constanța on Friday, according to News.ro. According to prosecutors, he has the quality of witness in the file.
The first prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Constanta Court, Viorel Teliceanu, said that investigations are being carried out for violation of private life, and several people have already been heard.
“There were listed persons, injured, witnesses, sites or this discussion forum on which these materials appeared, so at this time there is no risk of further appearing such photo or video images with indecently dressed persons or in indecent positions. Unknown, ”said the prosecutor, according to the quoted source.
The prosecutor added that the site administrator collaborated with the police and closed the platform after discovering the posts.
“The person has the quality of witness and has given the competition of the police to identify the possible authors. In fact, he also blocked this discussion forum when he became aware that this forum he manages appeared, photo images, we say indecent,” he continued.

The site seapress.ro wrote that the photos of thousands of women, taken without their knowledge in stores or on the street, are found on a site with pornographic content held and managed by a Constanţa. Also, on the site are posted images taken from social networks without agreement and “content in which minors appear in suspicious hypostases”, according to the quoted source.
Ramona Dumitrescu, producer on Radio Impuls Romania and influencer with over 125,000 followers on Instagram, publicly said that images with her were taken without consent and distributed on that online forum.
“I was informed that I am on a site of onanists. I saw the posts, I am from 2018-2023. I have no words, I give you my word of honor. There are photos taken to women on the street … Do you have sites for adults, I cannot understand … are minor girls there (no. Spouses … If you find it normal to live in a world where anyone can become material (…) I am disgusted and I do not know what to say.
She announced that she would file a complaint with the police to find out who the man holds. “Let's see if something happens in this regard.”
