MTS accelerated mobile Internet in Lesosibirsk by the vacation season

MTS installed additional base stations of the LTE standard in Lesosibirsk and the Strelka village included in the city district.

The network update made it possible to prepare the telecom infrastructure for the summer season, as well as speed up mobile Internet in the city and beyond about 60 thousand residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

MTS specialists placed telecom equipment at the intersection of Cosmos and No. 5, as well as in the area of ​​the South Industrial Node, where woodworking production and storage facilities are located. Residential massifs, shops, hotels, as well as socially significant objects of Lesosibirsk, also affected the update of the network. Thus, the bus station, the inter -district hospital, the pension fund, the military commissariat, the treasury and the city administration received new speeds.

In the LTE improvement area was the village of Strelka, part of the city district of Lesosibirsk. Among the locations where the mobile Internet managed to disperse were the Strelkovsky House of Culture, as well as residential buildings at the intersection of Reidovaya, Oktyabrskaya, Thunder and Beregovaya streets.

High -speed MTS Internet will also allow tourists who come to the urban village of Strelka to admire the merger of two powerful Siberian rivers – Yenisei and Angara. Travelers will also be interested in the interesting history of the settlement, founded in 1637 by the archers of the Yenisei prison by Buzin and Padera. A century ago, the village acted as a connecting link in the waterways of the Yenisei and Angara until Irkutsk and Baikal on Lena and to the shores of the Pacific Ocean. Now the village of Strelka is closely connected with the forest industry.
